ABOUT US

Opened in 2019 by chef Josselin Flocon (24), Flocon restaurant offers a cuisine combining traditional bistro and fresh French cuisine

Dish are composed of seasonal products sourced from local producers and responsible fishing 

The wine list is composed of wines from sustainable agriculture with a majority of natural wines.

September menu

We begin the gentle slope towards the fall. Hybrid month of September where summer products can mix with winter vegetables

Some holiday memories too, with the realization of an amlou of pine nuts and green harissa in condiments

Finally, the partnership with RSRV continues with the wine list by the glass of exceptional champagnes

A €30 lunch menu is always available on Friday and Saturday lunchtimes
